A Report About Physical Activities








Physical activities can make people become healthier but at the same time it will make us feel tired even exhausted, every time after doing exercises I always feel ache all the parts of my body so I prefer to take a rest instead of doing exercises.
Looking at me----thin, short, weak, it seemed that I have no relation to physical activities. My father is sporty, good at many sports but badminton is his favorite so he always takes me to play it with him. Although Chinese badminton is very severely, I have no interest with it, every time I reluctantly to go to play badminton.
At first, I always blunt and nervous, can’t make the bats soft, can’t control the strength and identify the correction, then my father become my coach, after his correction again and again I finally on the right track and now it is not so easy for him to defeat me .
Day after day, I realize that many people like badminton including my desk mate Jolin, so we decide to compete with each other. In the beginning of the competition, I used a scheme called “lure the tigher out of the mountains”, it is a Chinese idiom. I beat the ball to the left side, Jolin ran to the left side, and then I beat it to the right side, repeated this many times, Jolin was made to be very exhausted, then I used all the strength fought back and the ball liked a arrow flew directly toward Jolin, she was flurried and lose the ball.
My score was much higher than Jolin’s at a time, and this enraged her, she is also experienced and athletic, after some time by her hard counterattack, our score became similar. After fought bravely, we were too tried to move a step and we generally thought that our badminton levels are almost.
During and after the process I find practice physical activities is not that hard and boring as I thought before, maybe after putting my effort into exercises, I will also become sporty and interested in it.
Wanting to do whatever well, a healthy body is basic. I have heard about this many times since a very young age: Let health be 1, money, fortune, happiness, success all be 0, if the 1 exist, more 0 is better; if the 1 disappear, more 0 is still 0. I think it is just the truth so have a healthy body is better than anything.
Playing badminton can strong all the muscles in our body, can raise our balance abilities and also benefit our eyes.
While jumping, it is good for our bones to grow. Also, I have a poor eye-sight and as a student read and write make my eyes very tired, but when we playing badminton, eyes should follow the badminton continually, move our eyeballs and it is good for our shortsighted-eyes.
In summary, physical activities will accompany me to grow up and playing badminton is one of it and match to my personal fitness goals well.
